Remanufacturing
With our remanufacturing part of the business, we create a circular economy and ensure that parts are reused to reduce waste and save the valuable resources of our planet. In 2023 we remanufactured 17,088 engines, 7,116 gearboxes, 90,795 cast iron and 38,912 aluminum brake-calipers as well as 24,526 turbos. In total, these efforts saved more than 3,240,000 kg of raw material, avoiding energy consumption needed for melting and casting the raw material.

Packaging
At Emotive, we are not only committed to eliminating unnecessary packaging material, but we also actively use recyclable or recycled materials to reduce our CO₂ footprint and waste. By doing this we help shaping a better tomorrow while still delivering the same exceptional quality to you. Here are some of our packaging initiatives: For ERA & OPTIMAL boxes we use up to 80% less color. Less ink = less harm to our planet. ERA, OPTIMAL & Starline boxes are 100% recyclable. Made with at least 50% recycled materials. ERA, OPTIMAL & Starline plastic bags are made from up to 40% recycled materials. ERA & OPTIMAL boxes have a QR code to access full details about the product and its applications.
